Free and Premium. GPS and Test drive, your-car gearing sync and four engines (Mustang GT, Supra 2JZ, Golf R and SLS AMG) are free. Premium unlocks every engine, the Tune panel and the Dyno Room, real tuner builds, manual and paddle shifting in Test drive, and saved cars.
GPS drive is for the road. It shifts automatically, and every control except Start/Stop locks while the car is moving. Set it up while parked.
Dyno Room. In Test drive, change horsepower, weight, tires, aero and every gear ratio, and see the projected 0–60, top speed and quarter mile before you run it.
Your car sets the gearing, the engine sets the sound. Pick the car you're sitting in and its gear ratios, final drive, tire size and shift points drive the revs. Pick any engine to hear. When your car shifts, the engine you hear shifts with it.
Tune it. Swap induction (N/A, turbo, supercharger), add power stages that make it rev quicker and sound meaner, exhaust mods (resonator delete, straight pipe), a crackle or flame tune (only up near the redline, and only now and then), launch control or a 2-step, four blow-off valve styles and three supercharger types.
Kickdown. In Auto, mash the gas and it drops one or two gears at once and holds them while you pull, like a real automatic or dual-clutch.
Gas cars and EVs. In a gas car the gear on the cluster should match your dash; nudge Shift timing if it's a touch early or late. In an EV, flooring it means full throttle and the engine uses its own gearbox.
Phone over Bluetooth or Android Auto. Keep this page open on your phone with the screen on. Android pauses GPS for pages in the background.
Smooth GPS. A Kalman filter estimates speed and acceleration, the engine glides between fixes, and single glitches are ignored, so there are no fake shifts.
Sound built from combustion. Each cylinder fires in its real firing order into modeled headers, pipes and mufflers. Load changes the tone, so a rev under load sounds different from a free rev.
