What Firing Order is
Firing Order plays simulated engine sounds that follow your speed. It is entertainment. Sounds, gear changes, horsepower and speeds in the app are approximations, not measurements of any real vehicle.
Use it safely and legally
Set the app up while parked. Don't interact with the screen while driving, and keep the volume low enough to hear emergency vehicles and your surroundings. Test drive, the pedals and the paddles are for use while parked or by a passenger. You are responsible for following traffic laws and any rules on in-car audio where you drive.
Free and Premium
The free version includes GPS and Test drive, your-car gearing sync and a selection of engines. Premium unlocks every engine and the tuning features. Premium is available as a monthly or a yearly subscription. Features and engines may change over time; we aim to add more, not remove them.
Billing and cancelling
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. A subscription renews each month or each year, depending on the plan, until you cancel. Cancel any time from Manage subscription in your account; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
If Premium isn't working for you, email us at contact@firingorderapp.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error free or accurate, or that GPS will be available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll note it in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
